My weight problem has been consistent for more than ten years.

My primary method of reward is food.

I lack confidence in most areas of my life.

Whenever my life is going well, I gain weight.

I'm often unaware of my emotions until later, when I see them upon reflection.

There are good and bad emotions and I try to focus on the good ones.

I feel out of control with emotions sometimes. They sweep in and overcome me without warning.

When another person suggests a diet or exercise plan to me, I resent it.

I am very sensitive to other people's remarks and opinions about my weight.

Emotional eating is a given for me. I've relied on food to soothe, comfort and contend with my emotions for a long time.
